Big things are happening at Lake City Park! Florence County Parks & Recreation is putting the finishing touches on a brand-new event space, set to open in May 2025. This stunning 4,500-square-foot community center will be the perfect spot for gatherings of all kinds!

With room for up to 250 seated guests (or 400 standing), the venue boasts a spacious main event hall that can also be divided for more intimate occasions. A beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the lake adds extra charm, while a fully equipped catering kitchen and a private room—perfect for bridal suites—make this space as functional as it is gorgeous.

But that’s not all! This exciting addition to Lake City Park also connects to two brand-new tennis courts and three pickleball courts, which are expected to open within the next month.
