Flowers, leaves, stem, fruits. These are the parts of a plant we can see. Morphology is the study of the form, structure and types of these parts of a plant. Before you can start identifying different plants, you first need to learn the fundamentals of morphology, eg: the characteristics and functions of each of these parts.
MFBG Research Horticulturist Evan Baker kicks off our Plant Identification Series with this class, which is required before you can advance to the others. Doesn’t sound like fun? We promise it will be!
