The City of Lake City & Greater Lake City Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Festival of Frights walk-thru trick or treat extravaganza on Main Street this Halloween. Starting at 6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 31, the route starts on West Main at McAllister Street and travels east to Church Street.
