The City of Lake City Recreation & Tourism Department will once again host the annual Festival of Frights drive-thru trick or treat extravaganza on Main Street this Halloween. Starting at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 31, the route starts on West Main at McAllister Street and travels east to Church Street.
