Come experience the small-town Southern charm of historic downtown
Lake City during our
4th Annual Hometown Holidays Festival!

Please look forward to the December 7-9, 2018 Hometown Holidays schedule that is coming soon!

Listed below are all of the fun-filled events that Downtown Lake City hosted last year during our 2017 Hometown Holidays Festival.

Festivities will kick off with two fabulous events on Thursday evening!  Plan to spend Friday afternoon shopping & strolling the beautifully landscaped streets of our historic downtown, and stay for a classic holiday parade brought to you by Greater Lake City Chamber of Commerce. Saturday, December 2 is when we kick into high gear for the holiday! The streets will be filled with festive activities including Christmas carolers, Florence School District 3 school bands & show choirs, and performances from Dancing on Main and Kelley’s Fine Arts. Our downtown merchants invite you to create holiday crafts, ornaments, letters to Santa & MORE! Have refreshments & pictures with Santa at The Inn at The Crossroads, visit the Polar Express Kids’ Shopping Train where proceeds benefit Florence County Disabilities Foundation, & decorate gingerbread cookies at Baker’s Sweets Bistro & Bakery! Wrap things up at our Christmas Tree lighting ceremony, and you’ll have all the makings for a NEW family tradition: Lake City’s Hometown Holiday!
